What you can write about
Something is wrong. A figure, a date, a citation, a broken link. Saying which page, and what you expected instead, helps most.
You want the application. Ask, and the current build and release notes will be sent. It is a Windows application; ask for the current build and release notes.
Something is missing. A chart that would help, a return the application should read, a check that would be useful.
You are stuck. Include the version number from the title bar, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
For privacy and accuracy
No advice can be given on your own case, a client's case, or a notice you have received. A person who has not seen the record is the wrong person to ask. A practitioner who can see the papers is the right one.
Please do not send returns, notices or anything carrying a GSTIN. There is no way to hold other people's tax records safely. If a problem needs data to reproduce, remove the identifiers first or describe the shape of it instead.
